There is a proliferation of "planned communities" in the United States today, seemingly with each one containing one or more self-appointed busybodies.
These people may or may not mean well, but they try to "keep up property values" by placing arbitrary and capricious stumbling blocks in the way we
communicate. They do not understand that we have
legitimate needs to put up antennas for legally protected amateur communications. In the pursit of these goals, they tend to take a dim view of the
towers and antennas which we either find useful and non-problemmatic, or which we may even find interesting and attractive!
